Cella is regarded as the premier marketing, creative & digital workforce solutions firm in the U.S. We’re seeking highly skilled Account Manager to land, grow and maintain deep and lasting relationships with mid-sized and large accounts and clients. You'll sell and begin to represent the full suite of Cella’s workforce solutions including consulting, staffing, managed services to mid- large enterprise clients within your designated market within a region, while maintaining relationships with active clients and supporting their staffing operations. This is role is required to be highly visible within the client to enhance relationships and promote the Cella high-touch commitment.

  • Build an effective consultative relationship with clients and key contacts during the sales process working towards a dynamic level of Trusted-Advisor status with each client.
  • Proactively meet with existing hiring managers within named accounts to build and maintain customer relationships, discuss upcoming needs and offer insight to the talent market
  • Mastery of the full suite of Cella offerings and promote the right solutions to address your client’s needs, ensuring that Cella is positioned to fully maximize the sales potential of your clients.
  • Take an active role in the daily open orders meetings and set the daily priorities with recruitment partners.
  • Responsible for providing world-class service and conducting QC and engagement calls for both client and talent as needed.
  • Help manage financial health of account(s).
  • Oversee administrative tasks as needed such as managing talent equipment, processing invoices for 1099 contractors, etc.
  • Operate as the day-to-day point of contact for searching orders within named accounts including but not limited to protecting revenue margins, submitting talent, coordinating interviews, eliciting client feedback and facilitate onboarding and offboarding including exit interviews.
  • Partner with subject matter experts from Cella’s Consulting teams to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing.
  • Collaborate with others to develop sales proposals designed to meet individual client needs. Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions and pricing of services with new clients with support from leadership, delivery and corporate operations.
  • Partner internally as necessary, when opportunities come in from your teammates outside your market; or when your opportunities are best served and supported by teammates in other geographies.
  • Work with your management team to develop a strategic sales plan within your assigned market territory that incorporates a land & expand approach.
  • Attend as scheduled, any Strategic Account calls that are established for select clients.
  • Partner with your regional/account-based delivery team(s) to ensure opportunities are managed efficiently and with the necessary level of priority and compliance.
  • Take an active role in the regional daily orders meetings and facilitate an efficient sprint meeting to review and assign support against open orders and set the daily priorities with their delivery partners.
  • Manage your opportunity pipeline with internal partners and leadership; and the effort needed to pursue, nurture, and land opportunities within the goals and expectations.
  • Continuously invest in the development and maturation of your dedicated market territory; working clients from prospect to active as efficiently as possible.
  • Expand our client relationships via all Cella service lines and contract mechanisms through consultative sales meetings.
  • Take an active role in all RFP’s/RFI’s/Proposals/MSA’s that are negotiated, edited and executed.

What you need to bring:

  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital and marketing space or consultative sales experience or recruiting experience.
  • Professional communication skills that include comfort in presenting services at all levels of a client organization and via various mediums (live Power-Point presentations, virtually hosted presentations, and general phone and/or web conference) as well as at live industry events.
  • Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and consultative sales.
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
