Vous agirez comme un détective d'affaires et un bâtisseur de relations sur la Rive Nord et Laval. Votre contribution est de transformer les besoins de nos clients en solutions de talents stratégiques dans les secteurs du Transport. Développement Stratégique : Élaborer et exécuter le plan d'action pour gérer et accroître votre territoire. Identifier et approcher de nouvelles entreprises (prospection B2B) pour comprendre les enjeux d'affaires de vos clients.
Recrutement Stratégique : Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement des professionnels en Transport (Chasse de têtes et sourcing).
Analyse de Marché : Utiliser les données clients (CRM) pour mesurer la croissance et anticiper les besoins futurs du territoire.
Gestion des Relations : Maintenir les relations avec les entreprises et les candidats pour assurer le sourcing et la fidélisation.

You will act as a business detective and a relationship builder in Laval and the North Shore. Your contribution is to transform our clients' needs into strategic talent solutions in the Transportation sector. You manage your territory as your own profit center, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new mandates.
Strategic Development: Developing and executing the action plan to manage and grow your territory. Identifying and approaching new businesses (B2B prospecting) to understand your clients' business challenges.
Strategic Recruitment: Managing the complete recruitment cycle for professionals in Transportation (headhunting and sourcing).
Market Analysis: Using client data (CRM) to measure growth and anticipate the future needs of the territory.
Relationship Management: Maintaining relationships with businesses and candidates to ensure sourcing and loyalty.
Territory Management: Defining and executing the strategy for revenue growth in the Laval and North Shore sector.
New Account Acquisition: Leading an effective prospecting action plan for acquiring new clients.
Portfolio Management: Ensuring the management of existing accounts and guaranteeing the achievement of revenue and gross margin objectives for your territory (Account Management).
Consultative Role: Acting as a career counselor for candidates and as a strategic partner for clients in the Transportation domain.
Experience (ESSENTIAL): 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service in an environment focused on objectives (KPIs). You love the "thrill" of the hunt and growth.
Mindset: Possessing the attitude of a "Problem-Solver" and an entrepreneurial mindset to manage your market's growth.
Versatility and Curiosity: Ability to juggle the multiple tasks of the 360 role (prospecting, account management, recruitment) with an Authentic Curiosity.
Education: College or university degree.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management) is an asset.
Location: Ability to travel and actively develop the North Shore (Laval) market.
