We are currently seeking to fill this Sales- Area Vice President for this key market and growing region. The scope of the role is as follows:

-       Evaluates potential for the staffing business, identifies current business strengths, and creates a strategic plan for growth in the district territory.

-       Drives the sales effort with continual contact and face to face meetings with C level executives. Directly responsible for the continued growth of this region.

-       Builds accurate annual budgets and plans based on market analysis and growth strategy according to our branch business concept.

-       Creates district operations plan to achieve goals, tracks results to goals, and makes adjustments as necessary to achieve goals.

-       Ensures strategic alignment of the database to the district territory.

-       Creates and owns the sales strategy for the district.

-       Continuously monitor client and talent satisfaction results and takes the appropriate actions with employees, external talent, and clients.

-       Coaches and motivates to results through managers.

-       Recruits, hires, and on-boards newly hired managers to productivity quickly.

-       Develops “bench” and creates succession plans and always looks to hire a replacement.

-       Networks within the community to build business and branch visibility.

-       Maintains and develops client contacts at senior levels within client organizations.

 

Eligibility requirements:

-       4-year college degree (preferred but not required)

-       Experience in building business including time and territory management, sales and proposal presentation to clients.

-       Ability to achieve profitable sales development and growth through management and development of branch managers and agents.

-       5 years business experience and staffing experience a must.

-       Ability to provide sound leadership to a team, demonstrate guidance and coaching abilities, and direct team to achieve set objectives.

-       Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.

-       Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.

-       Demonstrate the ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.
