Senior Regional Vice President - 23349

The Senior Vice President is a strategic leader with territory management responsibility. This person is responsible for driving profitable growth of a specified geography; managing a P&L, and maintaining relationships with C- level contacts within the client’s organization while ensuring consistent product delivery and compliance. It is comprised of, but not limited to; financials, business development, marketing, workforce attraction and retention, training, motivation, civic and professional involvement, as well as executive sponsorship. The SVP is responsible for managing multiple sites as well as Professional sales activities, and has a prospect budget. This position will approve, revise, and implement overall growth strategies and personnel activities. Drive profitable growth of all accounts; manage P&L and prospect budget; prospect sales, client relationships, account management, team performance management and development.  
 
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• Master’s level work a plus

EXPERIENCE:
• 10 – 15 years of sales or operational management experience in the staffing industry
• 5+ years of people management and demonstrated success at driving business results
• 2+ years of demonstrated successful growth of an area/region within the retail Professional Staffing sector is highly preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Demonstrated ability to lead a functional area of the company and make critical business decisions
• Experience solving difficult business issues with creative solutions
• Superior coaching skills
• Ability to develop company-wide strategies and goals
• Provide leadership on company culture initiatives
• Able to interact with high-level decision makers
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of company personnel
