Position Objective:

  • This position will perform functions to ensure the timely completion of projects with little or no supervision.  Projects consist of updating all sales, service, and marketing support materials in order to maintain Major and Key Account reviews and initiatives.
  • Provides administrative support; specific operations/support role; project driven; learning technical skills

Position Summary:

Operations/Support

  •  Responsible for all projects assigned to team
  • Frequent contact with inter-organizational managers concerning project activities, documentation, and scheduling requirements.  Supports briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
  • Follows centralized functional projects
  • Updating all sales, service, and marketing support materials in order to maintain Major and Key Account reviews and initiatives. 

Administrative Support

  • Review all marketing communications for information to be added, changed or deleted from support materials
  • Coordinates, monitors, and tracks for progress, deliverables, and quality assurance of an overall project; documents changes as necessary and appropriate, ensuring that project team, client, and internal departments are informed
  • Submit new and revised documents for posting in google community
  • Maintain sales material inventory
  • Write communications announcing new and significantly revised documents
  • Format, edit and proofread major and key account sales documents up to, and potentially including sales presentations, marketing collateral, case studies, sales training manuals, etc…

Impact:

  • Erroneous decisions may possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time; human resources, and funds

 Liaison:

  • Occasional contact with higher level inter-organizational associates concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Attends briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some college strongly preferred

Experience

  • 2 years of sales, marketing, or communications experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills required for various levels throughout the organization
  • Excellent presentation skills used in delivering solutions to executive level clients
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS - Excel and Power Point with knowledge of macros, pivot tables and development of Excel-based financial models
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality
  • Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas
  • Strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results
