JOB SUMMARY:

Act as a liaison between Client Hiring Managers/Program Sponsors/Key Personnel and Contracted Suppliers for staffing order management, candidate submission, vendor management system tool management and reporting/analytics

In addition, this position acts as the first level of support for inquiries on matters such as pay/bill and assignment extensions or terminations for assigned client as well as primary point of contact for industry trend recommendations and VMS optimization/standardization.

 

Subject matter expert in MSP/Staffing/VMS; project driven; exhibits technical skills

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:   3-5 years MSP/VMS/Staffing expertise

  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
  • Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to qualify and close deals
  • Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship as needed to achieve desired Service Level Metrics and develop additional business opportunities as available
  • Order intake and ongoing spend management up to, and sometimes exceeding $15M
  • Credit/Debit process as well as Miscellaneous Invoice Approval; supplier management, audit, surveying, scorecarding, payment reconciliation, and best practice recommendations around requisition distribution
  • Receive all candidates submitted by various recruiting resources, submit to client and enter the data into the client’s Vendor Management System (VMS)
  • Act as liaison between client and contracted Suppliers in order to facilitate interview and hiring process

Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:

  • Assists with requisition creation and fulfillment as needed
  • Works with client hiring managers/key personnel to ensure appropriate security, badges and technology procurement needs are met for each particular position filled
  • Maintenance of cost centers and customer defined fields including work order revisions
  • Order and assignment/requisition distribution to Contracted Suppliers
  • Manage the distribution and resolution of client inquiries
  • Provide technical maintenance, proxy, and delegation on all user accounts as needed
  • Manage the reconciliation of all weekly sync reports

 

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

 

EXPERIENCE:

4 years of related experience in staffing, recruiting or MSP account management
