Randstad is currently hiring for a Site Manager to ensure our client receives the highest level of quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner. This position will provide superior service through recruiting temporary and permanent manufacturing and production personnel to work at our client's Production Headquarters.
What will you be doing?
- Build and maintain a partnership with the client through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, strategic direction, processes and policies
- Maintain close contact with the key hiring managers at the account to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible
- Ensure top of mind awareness through frequent visits with managers, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the client
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs
- Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent
- Screen and select candidates according to client specific job profiles and workforce forecasts
- Market talent's skills, knowledge and abilitites to the right departments by making the best match for the client and talent
- Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations
- Consistently exceed client and talent expectations, and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative and effective employment solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, retail management or staffing industry
- Good job tenure with current and/or past jobs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple piorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
- Intermediate knowledge of MS office; ATS experience a plus
