Job Overview:

  • Manages diversity initiatives as a subject matter expert (SME) on diversity & inclusion to support internal and client diversity activities
  • Assist the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer in executing business-aligned D & I goals and alignment of processes
  • Assist with the establishment and execution of major diversity objectives with each Randstad business line to achieve  specific diversity requirements 
  • Socializes the  D & I platform internally in support of affirmative action plan (AAP) goals
  • Support division efforts around corporate social responsibility (CSR), diversity recruitment, team member engagement, diversity learning, talent development, and supplier diversity. 
  • Manage and collaborate with project teams to complete deliverables and meet expectations
  • Monitor project milestones to ensure achievement of commitments
  • Track and report on project status  
  • Willingness and ability to deal with, and adapt to, change within a dynamic department and company.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize and manage multiple, competing assignments in a dynamic environment, with the ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with executives, hiring managers, supervisors, candidates, community partners, and team members.
  • Results oriented work ethic with a competitive drive to be the best.         Strong attention to detail in every situation.
  • Manage resources for delivering of service to the internal & external client groups
  • Work closely with business lines to understand specific diversity requirements/needs
  • Document processes as necessary

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred 
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or Organizational Development

Certifications:      

  • Six Sigma and/or PHR, SPHR, CDP Preferred

Experience:

  • Five (5) or more years of experience within human resources, staffing, or recruiting with a heavy  emphasis on diversity
  • Three (3) or more years of leadership experience leading or managing a team of individual contributors 
  • Two (2) or more years of experience working with diverse partners, conferences, colleges and universities 
  • One (1) or more years of demonstrated experience delivering presentations at the Sr. management level
  • Two (2) Business and Partner Development experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
