Position Overview:  Provide professional contract management support and assistance to US Operating Companies in support of business growth and risk mitigation objectives by acting as the first point of contact in customer contract management, contract preparation, negotiation support, contract execution and compliance.

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred): 

  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred, or equivalent  business/operations experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant contract review and negotiation or administration experience
  • Knowledge of contract structure and negotiation principles
  • Staffing industry experience a plus

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and exceed goals in high-pressure situations
  • Organizational skills and analytical skills
  • Extremely thorough and detail oriented
