Randstad Professionals is a leading professional placement firm that specializes in recruiting for positions in Finance and Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Legal and Human Resources. The firm provides recruiting services to Fortune 500 and small and mid-sized companies through its network of 45+ offices nationally.
Our Wayne, PA office continues to grow and we are looking to add a dynamic Executive Recruiter to our team! As a Recruiter with Randstad Professionals, you will have active involvement in all facets of the direct hire business including sales & recruiting activities and obtaining & filling job orders. A typical day entails, but is not limited to, the following:
- Sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for placement in Direct Hire positions
- Matching candidate skills, availability, location, and salary to open job requisitions with companies in the Greater Philadelphia, PA Area
- Researching and identifying companies that use outside staffing resources by using multiple sources and aggressive lead generation techniques
- Strong negotiation skills with both clients and candidates
- Conducting sales calls both over the phone and in-person to generate business opportunities
- Active involvement in local networking groups
- Ability to meet company sales quotas
Desired Skills and Experience
- BA/BS and/or experience in the staffing industry
- 1+ year experience working in a corporate environment in a sales or accounting capacity
- Ability to work & thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment
- Ability to handle & manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize & reprioritize
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients & candidates
- Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
- Dedication, desire, hard-worker who has a passion for success
