Analyst, Compliance and Audit - 24935

Full Time Associate

The Analyst, Compliance and Audit will act as the point of contact for compliance and audit of the client program.  This role will develop compliance and audit processes, in alignment with client requirements, reporting standards and will also be responsible for providing consulting on compliance findings and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction.  This position may also conduct and create compliance training and serve as the program compliance and audit subject matter expert.

Position Summary

Monitors program processes, billing, accounting, operations and SLAs to ensure achievement of program goals; track and report on program outcomes

  • Manage background/onboarding adjudication processes, rehire eligibility status, conditional starts process, auditing of worker supplier processes.
  • Develops and delivers compliance reporting (SLAs, KPIs, QBR) as needed
  • Acts as consultant in terms of compliance, billing, accounting, and operational practices to the client delivery groups and documents findings
  • Analyze and interpret compliance / audit findings and root cause; provide recommendations to ensure compliance with client commitments
  • Completes governance audits as required; deliver results and assist with developing action plans
  • Assesses risk related to compliance of account specific activities as directed
  • Conduct compliance training for the program as needed
  • May manage project teams and monitor project milestones to ensure achievement of commitments; may track and report on project status
  • Is responsible for quality management and continuous improvement processes within operations and compliance related matters

 Basic Qualifications

  •  4-6 years related business experience in operational compliance/audit required
  • Compliance training curriculum development preferred

 Additional Qualifications

  • Prior Fieldglass experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree highly required
  • Master’s level work, a plus
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
  • Broad knowledge of compliance and audit best practices
  • Ability to translate strategies and plans into action
  • Effective facilitation and consulting skills
