JOB SUMMARY:
The RHC Client Delivery Manager is accountable for achieving, through interaction with the field organization and clients, two main objectives within his/her designated account portfolio — sales support and growth and ensuring service delivery excellence.   The CDM serves as coach, consultant, and coordinator as well as provides administrative functions of receiving requisitions and internal and external reporting.  The professionalism and expertise demonstrated through the consistency, efficiency, and accessibility of the CDM influences Randstad’s ability to grow market share and manage contract requirements.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
• Assist with on boarding, retaining, and growing customers
• Ensure an understanding of contract terms and deliverables through account fact sheets and provide ongoing coaching to the field organization
• Update account fact sheets and email distribution lists as needed
• Communicate service commitments and location specific information to the servicing branches
• Participate in quarterly and annual reviews and expectations meetings as needed
• Provide internal and client reporting 
• Support implementation of innovations and initiatives driven by the customer and/or Strategic Account Managers 
• Proactively audit background screening compliance 
• Support RFI/RFP process as needed
• Manage affiliate vendors when applicable
• Maintain expertise in Randstad and 3rd party vendor management systems
• Offer ideas during the sales process for multi concept solutions
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and communicate to the field
• Escalate issues and concerns to strategic account management as appropriate
• Identify warning signs and offer insights to improve client relationships
• Provide expertise regarding employment issues and challenges by serving as an information resource and solutions provider to field and client
• Track account performance
• Monitor days sales outstanding (DSO) and serve as liaison between field and the accounts receivable department
 
Skills Required:
• Strong systems aptitude (ability to effectively utilize Prism, Excel, PeopleSoft, Outlook)
• Very strong phone and written communication skills
• Analytical – need to be able to assess usage at supported accounts and target opportunities 
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, results oriented, team player
• Microsoft Office – Intermediate Outlook, Word, Excel
 
Education and Experience Desired:
• 4-year college degree (preferably business-related)
• Minimum 2 years work experience
• Proven excellent customer service experience
• Randstad or staffing operations experience a plus
