Randstad, the 2nd largest staffing firm in the world, is looking to hire a Site Manager. A Site Manager acts as an on-site extension of the client's HR function, managing all aspects of client contingent workforce, to include business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the contingent employees.

Candidates with a background in staffing, recruiting, hospitality or retail management are encouraged to apply! This role consists of relationship building, sales and recruiting. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics driven environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Build and maintain a partnership with the client through an extensive and detailed understanding of the client's business, hiring trends, processes and policies
  • Maintain close contact with the key hiring managers to ensure highest level of client satisfaction possible
  • Ensure top of mind awareness through frequent visits with managers, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the client 
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs
  • Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent are submitted
  • Screen and select candidates according to client specific job profiles and workforce forecasts
  • Market talent's skills, knowledge and abilitites to the right departments by making the best match for the client and talent
  • Comply with all operational standards and employment laws and regulations
  • Manage P&L and budget
  • Consistently exceed client and talent expectations, and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative and effective employment solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the staffing industry, recruiting, hospitality or retail management
  • Experience working in a metrics driven environment or with KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Demonstrated skills in customer service
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing or making hiring decisions
  • Good job tenure with current and/or past jobs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple piorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work a flexible work schedule; hours are Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm, but occasional evening or weekends visits needed depending on the needs of the business
