Randstad is currently recruiting for a full-time, remote perm recruiter with a track record of success in direct hire placements.
This role is perfect for an independent, results driven, money focused individual that is comfortable and confident in setting the pace and process with their clients.
This position includes both base salary as well as a percentage of every fee billed which grows as you increase your billings! Literally every candidate you place puts money in your pocket!
This is a full desk role including both selling and filling perm, however you are selling into enterprise clients only where we already have an onsite presence. These orders are fast moving with low competition so this role is best suited for an individual who enjoys fast turn around orders and displays a high sense of urgency.

Position goals and KPI’s
- 30k a month in new fees confirmed
- 2 new orders generated per week
- 30 client connects
- 7 sendouts (client interviews)
- 20 interviews/14 submittals
