Sr Specialist, PO Tracking - 25951

The PO Tracking specialist will be responsible for follow up calls/emails regarding exhausted/missing POs. He/she will work closely with clients and collections to obtain and maintain most current and accurate purchase order information. The candidate will add new customers to the tracking file and update previous week invoicing with correct POs based on the request from field/client. He/she will also be expected to determine potential weaknesses in internal controls and work with management to correct them, document all existing procedures and processes, identify and recommend process improvements, and use technology to streamline manual processes. This person must be a team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude in an extremely fast-paced environment. The candidate should possess strong communication, analytical thinking, and systems skills. The successful candidate must be a self-starter; comfortable challenging the status quo, energetic, enthusiastic and have a customer service focused attitude. This person should be competent with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, sumif(s), pivot tables, etc). An undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
