What it means to be a Market Manager with the CSRA’s most trusted Staffing Partner:

The Market Manager role is responsible for driving profitable growth of the branch through local sales that continuously increases our market share, more than 60% of your time will be focused on these endeavors. In addition, the successful Market Manager will lead a team of staffing professionals in the branch as well as with our client on-site support teams in sales, recruitment, order management, and excellent customer service.   In a nutshell, you will sell new business, manage client relationships, as well as manage team performance and development. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain position of sales leader (personal production) in the branch
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of branch, driving branch productivity and profitability
  • Oversee the direct staff, ensuring that they are appropriately equipped with the knowledge, training and tools to effectively execute their jobs
  • Make decisions regarding hiring, placement, and discipline of branch members
  • Develop and effectively communicate quarterly sales strategy and tactical operations plans to drive profitable growth and retention of current book of business
  • Track, analyze and communicate overall progress of sales efforts against activity targets - weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
  • Maintain and grow client relationships, regularly meeting and interacting with clients to understand their needs and proactively address potential issues
  • Implement innovative strategies to drive peak performance at all times, and sustain high client satisfaction levels
  • Support client operations by providing top quality service and talent management through branch team
  • BE the market place expert with a deep understanding of how business trends and competitive activity impact our unique selling proposition, creating strategies that will fuel the pipeline and maintain our market leadership position.

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field and clocked at least 2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience, preferably in a service-related industry that requires a consultative sales approach.
  • Can sell ice to an Eskimo and win over the toughest critic with your excellent written and verbal communication skills along with your stellar problem solving abilities.
  • Are an innovator when it comes to sniffing out leads and growing your business, fluent in social media, technically savvy and well-versed in MS Office software.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
