Randstad is Growing!!! We are now the #1 HR services provider IN THE World, and are seeking a motivated candidate from the staffing industry to lead an onsite staffing program with one of our newest MSP clients in San Francisco. 

This is a full-time permanent position joining Randstad's Corporate Services division - we provide onsite managed staffing programs (MSP) to large corporations. Our role is diverse with multiple responsibilities including: client management, relationship building with hiring managers, operations, supplier management and hands on-recruiting for Professional and Technical positions.

The role you’ll play: In this position, you’ll enjoy a wide variety of hands-on involvement in these areas:

  • Client Management - build relationships with hiring managers, HR and procurement inside our client account and help strengthen our strategic partnership
  • Account Development - identify new opportunities for our client and solve their challenges through total workforce solutions
  • Staff Management - lead and develop onsite Recruiter/Account Management team
  • Operations - manage day-to-day operations of our staffing program (P&L, budgets, forecasting)
  • Supplier Management – monitor, maintain and grow our staffing supplier relationships

The qualifications you’ll need:

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience within the staffing industry
  • MSP (managed service provider) experience is required
  • Experience selling directly to hiring managers/HR/procurement/C-level Suites
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with setting program strategy, P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting and managing SLA's and KPI's. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Business acumen, superior judgment and excellent decision making skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve complex client situations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
