Practice Director Job Duties
As a Practice Director for Randstad Professionals, you are the operational leader of the direct hire placement team, offering support and guidance to ensure growth in revenue and activity. The Practice Director is responsible for working with candidates and clients, lead generation, leading business development initiatives, and working closely with the team to ensure goals and objectives are being met. We are looking for an experienced staffing professional who excels in their current role and wants to be rewarded for teaching others to do the same.

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 4 years staffing or recruiting experience
