Business Analyst/Developer, RPA - 26365

Position Overview:

The Analyst, RPA will be responsible for

  • developing a subset of RPA project solutions,
  • supporting the management of the RPA Champion Program and
  • maintaining the RPA Global Relationship.

 

This includes:

  • following standard SDLC (proper assessment, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, delivery, and ongoing support) to build automated solutions for problems or processes that need improvement identified by the business
  • delivering or organizing training for the builders
  • designing and supporting the processes surrounding governance and controls for the builders
  • supporting the Global RPA relationship on strategy, vision, communication, networking and collaboration of content of Global Google Site/Community.

 

The RPA Analyst will support the RPA Senior Program Manager with ensuring the RPA Champions adhere to RPA governance guideline, policies and procedures. This position will be exposed to multiple tools for process optimization and automation, to be leveraged as needed.

* Builders – Includes Analyst, Champions, RPA developers in US and Global teams

  • Developing automations/RPA project solutions
  • Implementing tools and processes to support the setting, tracking and reporting of RPA Champion program goals, metrics and KPIs
  • Assist RPA Champions in identifying RPA opportunities and implementing automations
  • Delivering or organizing training for the builders
  • Supporting the implementing and enforcement of RPA Governance standards and controls
  • Building and maintaining RPA Global Relationship while developing processes and tools to be used globally

Education & Experience (Required and Preferred):

Required

  • 1 - 3 years of professional services experience preferably on automation and/or analysis

Preferred

  • An IT or Business Bachelor’s degree
  • Yellow Belt LEAN certification
  • Experience with the one or more of the following is preferred:
    • RPA software tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.)
    • Cognitive software tools
    • PeopleSoft
    • Macros
    • Customer portals
    • SQL
    • Scripting
  • Intermediate proficiency with Excel and leveraging MS Excel and other tools to solve problems/build solutions
  • Defining, analyzing and crafting requirements with users
  • Working in a fast paced business environment and utilizing Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Methodologies (Project Management and testing experience is a plus)
  • Additional IT or Financial certifications
