Practice Director Job Duties 
 
As a Practice Director for Randstad Professionals, you are the operational leader of the staffing (temp) team, offering support and guidance to ensure growth in revenue and activity.  The Practice Director is responsible for working with candidates and clients, lead generation, leading business development initiatives, and working closely with the team to ensure goals and objectives are being met.  We are looking for an experienced staffing professional who excels in their current role and wants to be rewarded for teaching others to do the same.

Job Requirements 
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Minimum of 4 years staffing or recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of business to business sales experience
 
Salary Range & Benefits
  • $60,000 - $75,000 base with unlimited commission potential and team incentives  
  • 401k + company match
