JOB SUMMARY:

The Account Manager at Randstad Healthcare is responsible for revenue generation through business development activities including sourcing positions for Allied Health talent within new and existing client base and  expanding service lines provided. Responsible for facilitating candidate submissions from recruitment to existing openings and reverse marketing of talent to secure opportunities for placement, achievement of gross profit objectives, and development of strong relationships through outbound calling in designated segments of the healthcare industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage in new and existing client development activities including, but not limited to: sourcing, outbound calling, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing relationships, marketing candidates.
  • Ensure market alignment with Healthcare initiatives related to client targeting.
  • Daily planning and execution of strategic approach to business development initiatives.
  • On-line research to identify targets for reverse marketing talent.
  • Select and employ appropriate account development strategies/programs.
  • Regular follow up on open orders and talent submissions.
  • Establish client expectations and effectively communicate to appropriate parties. Advise client on staffing solutions.
  • Direct activities of a dedicated recruitment team for your territory to fillorders obtained from client prospecting and development.
  • Leverage Bullhorn to track and maintain current and prospective clients.
  • Promote Randstad services through participation in professional associations, trade shows, and other public relations opportunities.
  • Participate in periodic training to enhance representation of clients in HR management decisions.
