Director, Recruiting Solutions Design - 26768

Position Overview:
The Director of Recruiting Solutions Design is accountable for conceiving and operationalizing innovation within Randstad
General Staffing in North America, combining solutions architecture, technology partnership and product development that
will support recruitment and talent delivery optimization, enhancement and creation of digital customer experiences and
improved general innovation practices. This role will also assist in aiding improved operational efficiencies and solutions
for candidates and clients.
Primary duties include:
● Evaluation of current workflow, understand future state, design future work flows to incorporate various
innovations and technologies.
● Building out the increased innovation capability of Randstad General Staffing related to talent delivery, driving a
more formal process to prioritize and focus innovation incubation from ideation to proof of concept to launch
● Collaborating with business unit leaders to assist in governance, prioritization, enhancement, project and change
management opportunities.
● Providing regular ongoing updates on strategy and innovation initiatives on a regular basis. Planning of both
functional capability and product roadmaps for future planning with these teams.
● Researching and piloting innovative technology with a focus on agile capabilities to deliver some functionalities
faster, allowing for the ability to test and measure functionality more effectively.
● Partnering with internal business, recruiting, and I.T. stakeholders and external solution providers to implement
tools and best practices to drive added value for users, candidates and clients.
● Evaluating, selecting, and maintaining strategic partnerships with recruitment technology partners.
● Developing and executing a data-driven technology strategy, continually seeking opportunities to strategically
apply automation, AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) in general staffing to drive improved
experience and results for internal and external customers.
Education, Experience, Qualifications & Skills (Required and Preferred):
● Bachelor’s Degree required
● 8+ years of business experience
● 3+ years of experience with and proven capabilities in developing and executing data and technology driven
innovation strategies for recruitment,
● Recruitment process and/or recruiting experience in talent identification
● Proven expertise around Innovation and New Capability development in both process and technologies.
● Strong collaboration skills of working across teams, where both direct and indirect responsibilities exist, to
architect sustainable solutions for their business areas,
● Proven ability to provide oversight across multiple initiatives or projects while maintaining proper focus on delivery
priorities.
● Strong understanding of how data, automation and AI can positively impact staffing and recruitment
● Strong understanding of recruitment industry technologies (ATS, search & match, social media, job boards
