Sr. Financial Analyst - Franchise - 26882

Position Overview:
This position will be able to perform cost benefit analysis and handle reporting, quantify the impacts of various company initiatives and run projects in addition to forecasting, profit/loss statements, process improvements and other functions. The right candidate will not only be able to “solve the problem”, but then be able to summarize and articulate the results to their manager and upper management. Position will also be involved in the annual budget process and assist the Franchise Finance Team in driving the annual pricing initiative and respond to RFPs. Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and three to five years of experience. Position reports to Director of Finance for Franchise OPCO or Group Controller.
Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
- Accounting or finance undergraduate degree
- CPA/MBA/CFA preferred, but not required
- Three to five years’ experience in financial analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Hyperion Essbase experience a plus
- Detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects with little supervision
