Director, P2P Transformation - 26991

Position Overview:
The Director of P2P Transformation will partner with the Director of Procurement to:
- Co-lead the selection, design and implementation of a cloud based SAS P2P solution with the Director of Procurement
- Establishing standard processes across the organization for the Accounts Payable department
- Integrating procure to pay processes with Accounts Payable and Procurement
- Determining compliance needs and translating into processes for execution
- Managing various stakeholders internally and externally
The position will also be responsible for the day to day management of the Accounts Payable Department and a team of 6 Accounts Payable Specialists. These responsibilities include:
- Oversee all aspects of Vendor set-up/maintenance, invoice processing and payment processing ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to improve timelines, accuracy and compliance
- Establishing key performance indicators to measure the department
- Ensuring compliance to the company’s internal control framework
- Coaching and developing team members
This position will report directly to the SVP, US Corporate Controller.
Education & Experience (Required and Preferred):
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field, required
- MBA or advanced Degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Experience in process improvements
- Experience in successfully leading company-wide initiatives
- Demonstrated team and organizational leadership
