The VP, Global Client Solutions will optimize the Randstad Group’s market position in terms of market share and profitability for international clients in the hub. Create and manage a winning commercial strategy with these clients in close collaboration with the relevant Randstad Operating Companies, leveraging their growth strategy and capabilities.

Key activities:

Account plan:

  • Develops account plans, together with your clients, and uses this to guide the virtual account community to improve their impact at clients and successfully win profitable market share
  • Guides international account teams.
  • Identifies and qualifies commercial opportunities, makes a calculation of returns and investments, and gains agreement for the investment, resources and actions required for the developments.
  • Ensures commitment of relevant line management.
  • Ensures sales goals are met in close conjunction with the commercial leadership teams of operating companies (OPCO’s).

Innovative propositions:

  • Analyzes client demands and defines solutions for complex client needs by internationally integrating and aligning different Randstad labels and concepts or working with external partners.
  • Applies (industry specific) information in such a way to the client that the Randstad approach and services are viewed by clients as specialized, innovative and value adding.

Client Acquisition:

  • Influences stakeholders and decision makers of global companies to engage with Randstad and to expand their engagement with Randstad.
  • Builds, extends and maintains network with stakeholders and decision makers of global clients, prospects and external influencers.
  • Represents Randstad and introduces colleagues to the network.

Coordination:

  • Manages the information flow between the client organization and the Randstad organization.
  • Monitors follow up on contracts and agreed execution. Supports local account management in securing local service agreements and service delivery to accounts if needed.
  • Offers winning, sustainable and internally agreed proposals to clients.

Key Relationships:

External:

  • All customer counterparts (strategic/tactical and operational), with a focus on, but not limited to, Operations, HR and Procurement.

Internal:

  • Commercial leadership teams of OpCo’s, account management and operational teams of OpCo’s, subject matter experts at Holding, GCS colleagues.

 Basic Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of min. 5-7 years account/sales management experience within the Randstad Group or in an equivalent international setting of consultative selling.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of and experience with various service concepts of Randstad
  • Working internationally; willing to travel
  • Working with virtual teams
  • Negotiating complex multi-million Euro deals with global procurement and various aligned and non-aligned stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably (one of the) dominant languages in Hub
