Position objective

The RCS Solutions Delivery Consultant is a client facing role supporting the growth and retention of new and existing RCS accounts in a region. The position supports Program & Account
Managers to ensure that RCS processes are executed and that they maximize quality, cost savings and provide continuous improvement while meeting the client’s program goals. The Solutions Delivery Consultant will:

•  Help define account expectations for performance and conduct account audits at scheduled intervals ensuring adherence to client goals and internal requirements related to: Quality Cost, Savings, Risk Mitigation, Compliance, Efficiency and Brand Standards

•  Work with local account teams to compile and share program performance with client via quarterly and annual business reviews. Suggests opportunities for improvement where applicable

•  Measure, compile, and compare actual data with benchmarks. Analyze and interpret data to diagnose problems and gaps in performance and service delivery

•  Develop and enhance program deliverables. Partner with local account teams and clients to implement strategies impacting: Cycle time, Early turnover, Recruiting costs, Hiring processes,  Talent engagement, customer satisfaction

Education
• Minimum, Bachelor’s degree
• Masters work preferred

Work experience
• Five to seven years of business experience with a minimum of one in either staffing or in the client’s industry of specialization

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Ability to multi-task an effectively prioritize workload
• Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
• Demonstrate the ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
