What is the role and what will you do?: Join Randstad as an Associate Recruiter or Associate Sales professional and get training from the largest publicly traded company in the staffing industry in North America. Randstad is a global brand with opportunities across the US as well as 39 countries across North America, South America, EMEA and Australia/New Zealand. As an Associate Recruiter or Sales professional you will be trained by some of the best, be given significant opportunity to excel in identifying strong IT talent for our clients and internally for Randstad's Solution's Group. Once you learn the core concepts of recruiting, those who have an interest will be given the opportunity to train in our Sales Training Program and expand their skill set by working directly with clients daily, out in front of clients and building relationships that last.
