Client Delivery Manager - 28374

Full Time Associate
On-Site

Role of the Client Delivery Manager

  • Build job order from VMO into BullHorn and distribute to the appropriate recruiting team (s)
  • Work alongside Sales Reps and Recruiters to submit the best qualified candidates to the client
  • Maintain and grow close relationships with the CRM’s/VMO’s to aide in moving candidates up the ladder and in front of the hiring managers
  • Track and organize candidates status, shortlists, and interviews
  • Manage and monitor onboarding process for all new hires
  • CDM= “Air Traffic Control”

Daily Tasks

  • Review and build new job orders
  • Review all submittals and resumes; submit the best qualified candidates to the client
  • Track and document of all orders on the whiteboard
  • Follow up on all pending items and tasks such as disqualifications, shortlists, interviews, onboarding, etc.

Building New JOB Orders

  • Determine if the order has all the job requirements necessary for recruiters to successfully source qualified candidates. If the job description is generic the CDM will need to reach out to the CRM/VMO to request more details and the Sales Rep can reach out to the manager. Once the job posting has been qualified then the CDM will build the job posting in BullHorn then route to the appropriate recruiting team (s).
  • Recruiters submit their candidates to the CDM and Sales Rep for review: The CDM ensures recruiters are using the correct resume format and submittal template, as well as providing additional forms or samples that are required for each account. CDM review resumes using the QA system to qualify resumes and reject resumes that do not meet the job requirements. Works with the Sales Rep to inform them if they have pending submissions within a 2 hour timeframe.

Escalation Point for Job Order Distribution:

  • Send Job Orders to Recruiting Teams
  • Send Job Orders to Virtual Recruiting Teams – as needed – third level of escalation

Building Relationships

  • The CDM is the single point of contact for the CRM’s and VMO’s
  • CDM works hand-in-hand with the Sales Reps and the Recruiters

Teamwork

The CDM participates in all daily conference calls with the team to streamline communication, discuss challenges, job posting coverage, and candidate’s status.

The team calls are created to drill down on possible obstacles, coverage, issues, discuss solutions, status of candidates (i.e. confirmation of interviews and preparation of the candidates). Goal is to avoid delays in the submittal process and move candidates to the hiring process.

In addition, the CDM is an active participant on weekly Supplier calls with the CRM/VMO’s to stay in the loop on what is going on with each job posting and the needs/concerns of the hiring managers.

For immediate consideration, please reach out directly to Kelley Conlon, Regional Recruiter, at kelley.conlon@randstadusa.com or apply online directly to the job posting.
