Position Overview: 

Director, Talent Screening & Onboarding is responsible for leading Randstad’s talent screening & onboarding processes including background & drug screening adjudication, employee & subcontractor onboarding, client specific onboarding, non-clinical healthcare credentialing, and per diem administration. This role will also lead the subject matter expert Managers responsible for I-9s, Unemployment and E-Verify. The position reports to the US CFO and will interface with all levels of the field and corporate organization to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies and procedures.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Lead team responsible for background & drug screening adjudication process
  • Lead team responsible for employee & subcontractor onboarding process
  • Lead team responsible for client assignment onboarding process
  • Lead team responsible for non-clinical healthcare credentialing process 
  • Lead team members responsible for I-9s, Unemployment and E-verify

Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in HR, compliance, screening and/or other related experience
  • Prior management experience required with demonstrated results in achieving the results through a team
  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
