Visual Designer - 29053
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain, organize, tag and manage employee-sourced photo repository, both in Flickr and Box to help Talent Brand easily find photos for recruiters to show candidates, for @WeAreCisco social media promotion, etc.
- Retouching of photos to brand style for print/web/social
- Create dynamic, visually stunning Powerpoint slides to highlight the team’s work, to show executives team plans, and for regular reporting of metrics out to the larger team.
- Help design easy-to-read email templates and other candidate communications
- Consult on design elements around recruiting events
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to partner and collaborate well with peers and team members
- Requires 2-4 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or its equivalent preferred
