Position Objective
The primary objective of the Recruiter & Sr. Recruiter is to drive order fill rates in our preferred client units by making the match between clients’ staffing needs and candidates’ skills and experience. The successful Recruiter & Sr. Recruiter builds and manages a database of placeable candidates for a specific branch, unit, or preferred client. These positions are committed to delivering a high level of service to our candidates and our clients by:
 
Position Summary
  • Making the match between the client’s staffing needs and the candidate’s skills and experience
  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing candidates to meet and exceed the needs of our clients
  • Managing the fill of client orders on an ongoing basis and providing top quality service to clients
  • Managing relationships with clients and talent
  • Building  and retaining a talent pool that can be redeployed on future assignments
  • Ensuring  leads are communicated across market
  • Building a network of local recruiting sources
Education 
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years business experience with a minimum of one year in recruiting, or customer service
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience and/or relevant skills to manage a portion of the recruitment process consisting of: sourcing, screening, and assessing talent
  • Demonstrated growth mindset used to pursue additional opportunities as well as uphold Randstad’s position as an industry leader
  • Professional presence that creates credibility with candidates in the market
  • Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information, social media communication skills a plus
  • Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work, and effective time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
