Field Operations Specialist Assignments - 29937

Full Time Associate
On-Site

San Jose, CA, USA

The person in this role will also create and maintain an environment that promotes positive communication and collaboration within the business unit and organization. This position requires the use of independent judgment and discretion in job performance of at least 80% of each workday and will provide oversight and guidance to lower level specialists.

Assignment Setup:
  • Initiate and complete new assignment setup, including commission box setup, worksite address, billing, and other talent and client information
  • Research and address worksite tax location and sales tax issues
  • Manage change requests for assignment setup, changes, and ends
  • Confirm and process perm placement billing
  • Conduct assigned audits, including active work order, change requests, and talent address change
  • Communicate and coordinate with recruiters and account managers timely completion of assignment setup
  • Promptly research and respond to inquiries from business services departments
  • Provide onsite administrative office support as needed for local office leaders, including special projects and company events, as time permits
EDUCATION:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of operations-related experience. Supervisory experience a plus.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Proficient with Google Office Suite and/or Microsoft Office suite, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and slides
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
  • Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
  • Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
