Reporting to the National Delivery Director, the RP SANA Sr. Executive Recruiter position assumes full desk responsibilities while driving revenue and GP growth through client development sales and direct hire placements. This person utilizes sales and recruitment activities (ABFS) to achieve minimum performance standards and direct hiring billings. The RP SANA Sr. Executive Recruiter will have proven success in pipelining & matching candidates for placement, managing the direct hire process including lead generation with existing and/or new accounts. This position is responsible for talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, marketing candidates, coordinating send outs/company ins/company outs activities, customer service, closing placements, retention and business development initiatives and minimizing fall-offs by executing the post placement process. This person will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business. This person may also provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to others.

Education 

• High School Diploma required 
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred 

Work Experience 

• 5-7 years direct hire recruiting experience
• Experience in sales or staffing building in-depth candidate pipelines preferred
• Previous experience and/or background in Finance & Accounting highly preferred 
• Previous experience in leadership preferred
