Contracts Module Analyst - 30904

Position Overview:  
Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of RFO and Staffing Connect contracts module requests.  This role is very customer service oriented and is critical in the purpose of driving accurate billing to our customers.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Process pricing updates in RFO and Staffing Connect
  • Set-Up RIS contracts (contractual mark-ups and screening costs in RFO/Staffing Connect)
  • Reporting requests related to contracts module
  • Work with legal Contracts Management team to ensure new and existing customers are invoiced accurately and in alignment with contractual terms.  Review weekly executed contracts and update missing customer data in Appttus.
  • Prepare analytics and/or models to better understand contracts module metrics (help reduce past due balances and wrong invoice
  • Work closely with other departments within the company to resolve issues and define opportunities for business process improvements as it relates to pricing, screening and setting up contracts in RFO/Staffing Connect.
  • Work on other system related projects such as development and creation of contracts module within BH/RIG environments.
Education & Qualifications (Required and Preferred):
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, BBA) with concentrated area of study in finance, accounting, technology computers and / or mathematics.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance or relevant fields with analytical experience preferred.
  • Accounting knowledge and Peoplesoft experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
  • Excel, Query and Reporting
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
