Sr. Account Executive/Team Lead – NSO
Location: this position will sit in Randstad Technologies’ Durham, NC
The RT-NSO Team Lead provides sales leadership for their assigned operating area with in their company. This person is responsible for all performance activities within a single (and possibly multiple) location(s), including, but not limited to, training, mentoring/motivating, retention, business development, and intra-operating company synergies. They are responsible for managing and developing a team as well as leading by example, particularly in the areas of production and business development.
