Full Time Associate
On-Site
This position has active involvement in many facets of a temporary and/or permanent placement business.  The associate in this position will participate in recruiting, interviewing, matching, coordinating send-outs and filling orders.  They will also work with client development, new account and retention sales calls, obtaining job orders, maintaining a high fill ratio, penetrating client accounts and taking a positive proactive approach in partnering with various organizational departments.


Client Responsibilities:
  • Client relationship as needed to develop sales
  • Maintain knowledge of all client hiring practices and staffing processes
 
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline required

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years recruiting experience with some Engineering or Technical experience preferred but not required

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
  • The skill and willingness to be on the phone extensively
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Excellent PC skills
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
