Position Summary

  • Work to provide consultative services to customer base as a means to impact their data strategy, workforce planning and other business decisions
  • Help define account expectations for performance and conduct account audits at scheduled intervals ensuring adherence to client goals and internal requirements related to: Quality Cost, Savings, Risk Mitigation, Compliance, Efficiency and Brand Standards
  • Measure, compile, and compare actual data with benchmarks. Analyze and interpret data to diagnose problems and gaps in performance and service delivery
  • Develop tools and best practices for reporting, analysis, and other resources used concept-wide
  • Partner with local account teams and clients to implement strategies impacting: Cycle time, Early turnover, Recruiting costs, Hiring processes, Talent engagement, customer satisfaction
  • Conduct extensive industry research to stay abreast of industry trends and resources
  • May create white papers, case studies, to present and offer customized solutions to clients

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
  • Ability to multi-task an effectively prioritize workload
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Education

  • Minimum, Bachelor’s degree
  • Six Sigma /Lean certification or other training in process improvement methodologies preferred

Work experience

  • 5-10 years of business experience in traditional staffing/recruiting or MSP environment
  • Exceptional MS Excel capabilities required
  • VMS knowledge and Google platform experience preferred
  • Human resources consulting preferred
  • Sales and presentation experience preferred
