The VP of Technology and Business Transformation enables our healthcare clients growth by identifying opportunities to support clients with key services and resources outlined in detail later on.  The VP will drive new relationships and opportunities within their assigned portfolio and also provide change management functions that align with client needs.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Account Management

  • Builds a selling climate in the portfolio
  • Works to establish and nurture client Executive stakeholder(s) relationships - including global or cross country/division client contacts - drives strategic client agenda with stakeholder
  • Develops account plans and sales plans, together with clients and Randstad Delivery teams
  • Applies industry specific information in such a way to the client that the Randstad approach and services are viewed by clients as specialized, innovative and value added

 

Direct Work Involvement/Complexity 

  • Responsible for being the authority within Randstad for our service offerings within business transformation and technology solutions 
  • Manages the information flow between the client organization and the Randstad organization
  • Monitors follow up on contracts during negotiations and agreed execution 
  • Offers winning, sustainable and internally agreed proposals to clients 

 

Financial Accountability

  • Meets or exceeds assigned new contract targets for profitable market share growth and other key financial performance objectives





Qualifications

  • 8+ years of related sales experience with human resources solutions or consulting organizations,
  • Experience in Healthcare professional services
  • Proven track record of creating successful enterprise strategies with sustained, profitable business success

 

Additional Qualifications

 

  • Experience in strategic sales in a complex, rapidly changing business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills; ability to impact and influence outcomes in a matrixed environment
  • Strong digital fluency and ability to adapt to emerging technologies 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at executive levels
  • Strong negotiation skills – including high-value deals with C-suite executives
