Performance Media Manager North America 

Passionate about reaching and engaging talent across the globe?  You will lead the regional team in charge of media planning, digital campaigns, targeting and tracking and in charge of PPC, SEA and Display marketing activities that promote our clients’ brand and roles.



Key operational Responsibilities

  • Helps define target audiences, profiles and personae focusing on digital targeting including behavioral and intent 
  • Co-creates and turns attraction strategies into operational executed campaigns or projects (digital, traditional and Out of Home)
  • Run localized media and campaign strategy: leverage and run campaigns with a multichannel approach 
  • Works with stakeholders, vendors and media team to identify, design and manage omni-channel attraction strategies and campaigns including pricing
  • Plan, manage and monitor recruitment marketing performance campaigns ensuring it is performing
  • Drive website traffic and acquire applications / registering to talent communities/ conversions
  • A/B Testing, measure the performance of CTAs and improve conversion rate / reporting consistently
  • Campaign creation, keyword builds and executions on all ad platforms
  • SEM / PPC advice and operations
  • Channel and website tagging to monitor marketing effectiveness
  • Ownership of Search, Display and Social Media Ad platforms
  • Day to day running of Programmatic Job Ad Platforms where relevant with suppliers
  • Advise and lead integration with ATS and publishers with ad platforms e.g Joveo
  • Governance and Quality Assurance of digital campaigns
  • Measure effectiveness, ROI, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools - optimize the marketing conversion paths 
  • Support sales activities by suggesting attraction answers to particular clients request 
  • Support technology improvement to offer seamless experience for talent and increase operational effectiveness of recruitment marketing, media and digital campaigns - reducing overall reliance on job boards and LinkedIn licenses

 

Key Expertise

  • Highly proactive and excellent multitasking skills
  • Deep expertise of digital marketing, media and reporting - ability to build an integrated marketing campaign end-to-end
  • Strong programme management skills - well-organized, obsessive attention to detail, data-driven, and able to oversee delivery in line with set project deadlines
  • Experience or a high level of awareness across google ad words, Google Analytics, Social Media, CRM platforms, search & display, campaign management, and programmatic advertising
  • Excellent command of English language and communication skills

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ experience, University (Bachelor's) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences
  • Google Ads Certification desirable
