Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Director at Randstad, where you'll drive revenue generation and strategic growth by establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers at the highest levels of target accounts. Leveraging your expertise, you'll position Randstad as a trusted advisor, influencing strategic recruitment and staffing decisions. Your role will encompass developing new revenue streams, achieving revenue targets, and mentoring Account Managers to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate revenue from target accounts, engaging with C-suite executives through executive calls, visits, and presentations.
  • Position Randstad strategically to influence recruitment decisions within client organizations.
  • Drive revenue growth through new account penetration and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop recruitment strategies for clients, emphasizing an integrated approach.
  • Provide executive management of prospect account activities and mentorship to Account Managers.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized customer intelligence repository for effective client service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field, OR 8+ years equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in business development or client account expansion.
  • Strong knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite; proficiency in Google apps and ATS/CRM systems preferred.
