What you get to do:

  • Responsible for leading a sales team of 4 individual contributors (2 inside and 2 outside sales)
  • Responsible for hitting gross profit targets through new client acquisition individually and as a team
  • Proactively initiate new client partnerships with targeted accounts across a pre-determined region
  • Establish opportunities for our Sales team to present our value-proposition to leadership level contacts within industrial organizations
  • Responsible for growing market share and new business development in the Mississauga territory
  • Develop business specifically for branch sales teams
  • Execute prospect meeting KPI’s, complete proposals and generate new business opportunities
  • Interface with internal teams to ensure all specialties within Randstad Canada are effectively represented to the new client base
  • Utilize strategic prospect hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities
  • Provide constant analysis of the market and industry to internal leadership team
