Our Business Development Managers are responsible for generating new business through direct client contact, cold calling, selling our temporary services, developing accounts, and driving results. We are seeking candidates with a solid sales background in the Life Sciences Industry as well as critical thinking, strong communication, resilience, and a winning attitude.

What you get to do:

  • Establish and execute a business development plan
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and create a business partnership
  • Identify prospects that will be in a stronger position when they are doing business with Randstad
  • Build relationships with prospective clients through office visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Listen to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client’s potential

What you need to bring:

  • 1+ years of business to business sales or outside sales experience.
  • 1+ years of staffing industry experience in the Life Sciences Industry.
  • 1+ years of experience building and developing relationships with executive teams like CFO and CEOs. 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to develop long-lasting relationships
  • Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
