The Executive Search Partner is responsible for executing Randstad Executive’s recruiting strategy to meet the company’s revenue & GP goals. This position will support the regional recruiting efforts by developing market presence as a 360 individual contributor. 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement: 

  • Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders. Understand customer needs and organizational culture to deliver tailored executive search solutions and execute search mandates as a 360 contributor.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on market trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks. Partner with clients to define search requirements and strategies.
  • Work with the different Randstad teams to assess potential and existing target clients and decision makers within clients and build a portfolio of target clients and adjust the portfolio as necessary and warranted (C-suite, VP, Sr Director candidates).
  • Leverage relationships with clients/talent to uncover additional sales opportunities within an account as well as leveraging reference checks verification to uncover potential new business.

Sourcing Strategy Development & Process Oversight: 

  • Design and execute strategic search plans to identify and attract top executive talent. Utilize industry insights, market research, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of candidate shortlists and facilitating smooth communication between clients and candidates.
  • Monitor and report on search progress, including key metrics and outcomes. Provide clients with regular updates and insights on search status.
  • Candidate Management - Conduct high-level candidate searches, screening assessments, and selections. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer negotiation, placement, and post-placement.
  • Work with the delivery team to create and maintain complete Bullhorn candidate records, including recruiting notes, activities, files, and skills.

Networking and Relationship Building: 

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry leaders and high-potential candidates. 
  • Represent the firm at industry events and professional organizations.
  • Grow Randstad’s Executive brand presence by actively participating in organizing targeted events for Executives. 

Education & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 5-8 years in a 360 role at an executive search firm.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Strong professional recruiting network in the local office area is preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multi-task and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Must work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Closing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity.
  • Ability to identify customer’s needs and consult, deliver, decline, or adjust expectations accordingly.
