The Marketing Business Partner (MBP) serves as the primary liaison between Marketing and the business, ensuring close alignment with field leaders and industry group heads to achieve maximum results. This role is responsible for gathering market insights, client challenges, and business priorities to inform marketing strategies and campaign development. The MBP also oversees the rollout, adoption, and effectiveness of marketing initiatives within their assigned lines of business.
This role requires a savvy leader with a deep understanding of the staffing and solutions space who is committed to driving measurable business impact. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential for success in this highly-collaborative role.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business unit leaders, industry group heads and other stakeholders, ensuring marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
  • Provide timely insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and client pain points to help shape marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the voice of the business within Marketing, advocating for the unique needs and challenges of field leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing to support service(s) expansion, product launches and/or client retention efforts.

  • Monitor campaign performance, gathering feedback from field teams to optimize future initiatives.
  • Identify best practices and share success stories across business units to encourage participation and engagement.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are followed up on effectively.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to both Marketing and business leaders on campaign impact and areas for enhancement.

What you need to bring:

  • Knowledge of marketing operations frameworks and methodologies.
  • Understanding of industry trends and how to apply them to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for new technology tools.
  • Knowledge of customer experience strategies and how to enhance the customer journey through marketing touchpoints.
  • Understanding of the role of marketing in delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong command of the English language, including excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advance working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace..
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing impact
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, business or related field; 
  • 5+ years of professional-level experience required; 7+ years in a marketing role, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in campaign execution, training and adoption strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to translate business needs into marketing strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the staffing or professional services industry is a plus.
