Our Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) division partners directly with high-volume clients to manage large-scale staffing operations from inside their facilities. We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager with proven high-volume recruiting experience in light industrial environments to lead onsite staffing initiatives for a major account in Jeffersonville, IN.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required for this role to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce and support recruiting and onboarding efforts.

Be the face of Randstad on-site with our client – build relationships with hiring managers, understand daily workforce needs, and deliver results.
Recruit, onboard, and manage talent in a high-volume, light industrial environment.
Execute a customized recruiting strategy aligned to the client’s hiring goals and production schedules.
Proactively build and manage talent pipelines to stay ahead of volume hiring needs.
Collaborate with client leadership to identify workforce trends, resolve issues, and optimize staffing performance.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Adapt quickly to changing schedules, production demands, and priorities – this is not a 9–5 desk job.
Bilingual in Spanish and English – required.
2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience – light industrial staffing strongly preferred.
Staffing agency or on-site client-facing experience is a big plus.
Flexibility to work changing shifts or extended hours when the operation demands it.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-touch environment with constant communication and follow-through.
Solid organizational and time-management skills – you can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
Strong communication skills – you can partner with client leaders and engage talent with confidence and clarity.
