We’re hiring a Sales Manager for an onsite role based in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is ideal for a sales professional with 1–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, cold calling, and lead generation, particularly within the light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics sectors.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving growth through targeted outreach and consistent follow-up. This is a sales-driven role that requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, outreach, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with business clients and key decision-makers.
Conduct virtual and on-site meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Generate leads and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver high-quality service.
Track activities and outcomes using CRM tools and digital platforms.
Meet or exceed established sales goals and activity targets.
1–5 years of experience in business-to-business sales, business development, or lead generation.
Experience working with clients in light industrial, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
Proven ability to cold call and generate new leads.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
