Talent Solutions Manager – Business Admin & Operations Staffing (Temp Division)
Randstad USA

Are you passionate about helping people find meaningful work and matching top talent with the right opportunities? At Randstad, we’re looking for a Talent Solutions Manager to join our Business Admin Operations (BAO) team. This role focuses entirely on recruiting – not sales – and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is excited to make a real impact in their local job market.

As a Talent Solutions Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting clients by identifying, engaging, and placing high-quality white-collar temporary talent in roles such as administrative assistants, HR support, customer service, data entry, and more. You’ll be part of a team that’s dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and candidates.

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for white-collar temporary business admin and operations roles

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and internal tools

  • Understand client staffing needs and match them with the right candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit

  • Collaborate with your team to ensure timely candidate placements and smooth onboarding experiences

  • Conduct check-ins, coach talent throughout assignments, and manage performance when necessary

  • Maintain accurate records in our ATS and CRM platforms

  • Contribute to weekly goals and KPIs related to placements, fill rates, and candidate satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR – specifically recruiting for white-collar or office roles (no blue-collar or industrial recruiting)

  • A people-first mindset and a genuine interest in supporting others

  • Strong communication skills – whether on the phone, over video, or in person

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple open roles at once

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, digital tools, and the Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

  • A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and shifting priorities

What You’ll Get:

  • A collaborative, team-first culture where your contributions make a difference

  • Access to industry-leading tools, training, and support

  • Opportunities for advancement within a global leader in the staffing industry

  • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO

  • The chance to change lives every day by helping people find work
