What you get to do:

• Facilitate training using various methods such as asynchronous bite-sized content, virtual and/or in person classroom instruction, practical training, role-playing, group discussion, etc.
• Leverage multiple training platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet and learning management systems
• Advise participants in the program to help meet established schedules or resolve technical challenges.
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs during and after the training program to measure for desired effects.
• Support revenue generation by helping our new hires get productive fast.
• Act as an internal consultant to managers and leaders. Listen for the opportunities to elevate their teams and match the identified need with a proper development solution.
• Review analytics on learning platforms to gauge learner’s understanding of training content.
• Curate training materials from a variety of sources
• Audits program content to ensure content is relevant and up to date with any organizational updates.

What you need to bring:

• 1+ year of experience as a corporate sales trainer or B2B sales 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A Bachelor’s degree is highly advantageous
• Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
