Understanding that each client’s requirements will drive customization of this role, the CEM’s responsibilities will coalesce around the following three areas. Note that it will be determined with the Industry Vertical and/or Account Team which of these areas will be leveraged initially, which can be targeted for future integration, and which, if any, are not suitable for their specific client environment:

      • Coordination of a Randstad Digital “Welcome Wagon” kit for the consultant.
  • Ongoing Consultant Support:
      • Coordinate monthly and quarterly consultant and client events
      • Proactive consultant touch-bases on a TBD occurrence
      • Reactive consultant touch-bases through weekly, on-site “office hours”.
      • Actively monitor ongoing WOs/ SOWs end dates, etc. to drive the extension process, or to allow for proactive transition by the consultant into another role (where appropriate). For this, will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team communication to the client and for direct communication with the consultant (eg, wanted to let you know we’re working on an extension for you).
      • Assist Sales and Recruiting teams in securing client approved time cards from consultants with late/delayed timecard submissions weekly
      • Assist with ends/terminations (eg. walking talent off client site, collecting client badges, equipment)
  • Client Support
      • Assist the Sales Team with any soft selling on client meetings
