Reporting directly to the RD Sales Operations Lead, the Sales Enablement Partner plays a pivotal role within Randstad Digital's leadership team. This position is responsible for overseeing and driving excellence in sales content, upskilling for sales leadership and producers, sales enablement automation, and customer engagement via case study, references, and executive events. The role collaborates closely with the marketing and business tools teams to enhance and accelerate customer engagement strategies via modern channels and technology. This role will be an advocate and a key communication channel for the sales organization and the platform services team regarding key initiatives, campaigns, and Randstad Digital’s customized sales toolkit. The Sales Enablement Partner will have a continual commitment to research and application of best practices in storytelling, illustrating our value proposition, and engaging our customers with a competitive edge. 

What you get to do:

  • Implement and communicate tailored content, assets, campaign goals, data relevant to the field, client trends, and success stories for internal knowledge, customer outreach and engagement. Drive adoption, usage and ultimately advancement of content and services, with emphasis on Randstad Digital messaging, verticals, and cross-selling services for talent services, global talent centers, and managed solutions. This will be accomplished through sales excellence channels, including generative AI, enablement toolkit platform, ongoing upskilling session, social media via PostBeyond, case studies, win wires, testimonials, and sales-centric email sequences.
  • In conjunction with the sales leadership and business tools team, through the use of data, automation, and improved workflows, ensure valuable internal and external content are distributed to sales with adoption in mind, to help to realize value and drive revenue goals.
  • Lead coordination efforts around executive and consultant events and speaking engagements with approved internal / external stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and social presence.
  • Closely collaborate with sales leadership, platform services teams and marketing to ensure cross-functional alignment between sales enablement ecosystem groups, such as analytics/insights, talent advisory teams, etc.
  • Serve as key liaison for marketing, sales and talent solutions translating content into sales assets that result in increased brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Contribute to social media strategy for Randstad Digital leadership.
  • Continually foster creativity, consistency, collaboration/communication, content, culture and customer advocacy - internally and externally from leadership to field producers.

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree and over 8 years of related and documented progressive experience - or - an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Sales Enablement certification - Certified and/or trained in B2B sales enablement best practices.
  • 8 years of Related and documented progressive experience.
  • Management experience is required.
  • Meaningful experience and expertise relevant to managing demand and prioritization and to front office and back office processes and technologies is required.
  • Sound understanding and relevant experience managing projects is required.
  • Staffing industry and/or go to market experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com, G-suite, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with Hubspot and Tableau are preferred.
